Photo Picture & Collage Photo Picture FramesRandy’s Personalized Photo Picture Frames & Mats From the staining of the specially made 3/8” plywood veneer to finishing the picture frames, all our projects are begun, worked on, and completed on our property in Rockwell City, Iowa. Our two car garage, which used to be home to our vehicles, now holds our woods workshop. With the help of John & Lynn Stanislawski of Northland Frames Randy & John began a working relationship with the laser cut picture matting and collage picture framing. Randy was a member of the Professional Picture Framers of America Guild for many years starting back in the late. Seeing the interest Randy showed in the framing and matting John & Randy decided to go into business and Randy trained with John to do the laser cutting and with Lynn to do the computer design work. In our wood workshop we now do the cutting, sanding, and finishing of the mats we sell. Lynn, Johns wife is the computer guru who does the design work on the pieces. All the designs we produce are copyrighted and are the sole property of Northland Frames and/or Cindy’s Boutique and is not to be reproduced or copied. No other business has been the rights to reproduce these designs.
